Beautiful Bifolds fitted our lovely roof terrace bifold doors. They were very professional and quick to respond on text and email. We had a slight problem with the locking mechanism on our door due to a factory fault. I phoned Andrew who immediately arranged for his team to repair to door that night. The Engineer came over and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. It’s really reassuring to know that they were more than happy to come back and sort out any glitches even after installation. Would definitely recommend.
The Beautiful Bifolds team were absolutely brilliant and did a fantastic job on what wasn’t the most straightforward of tasks, a first floor sun room/conservatory. The monstrosity of what was there before has now been replaced by a fantastic space to be proud of. New sliding windows, and glass panes to replace the nasty opaque plastic roof. Andy and co was always good to communicate with, very understanding of our needs and very professional in manner/workmanship, start to finish. We highly recommend Beautiful Bi-folds!
